Canada Post is the shipping provider for online orders. Shipping rates will be calculated based on product weight and the cost of any shipping rates will be added to your order at checkout.
Order will be processed within 3-5 business days. If an order experiences any delays in production, for any reason, we will typically reach out within 24 hours to notify the customer to discuss any deadline implications.
We take great pride in the quality of our products and they are shipped with care. Most of our pottery is shipped in two layers of boxes and secured with packing materials. Some of our delicate products have additional costs associated with them to account for the added packing materials.
No Shipping to US (August 2025)
Effective August 29, 2025, we will, unfortunately, no longer be shipping to The United States. Due to the U.S. Executive Order 14324, The United States has suspended its duty-free “de minimis” threshold of US$800 for all countries, including Canada.
Shipping to countries other than Canada and United States is available. If you are placing an order for an internation address and shipping options are not available, please contact us at [email protected] and we can enable it. Shipping and handling rates will be calculated based on the destination.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on shipped products unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact the Customer Experience Coordinator at [email protected] with details of the product and the defect. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items, Seconds, and Gift Cards are non-refundable.
