Canada Post is the shipping provider for online orders. Shipping rates will be calculated based on product weight and the cost of any shipping rates will be added to your order at checkout.
If an order experiences any delays in production, for any reason, we will typically reach out within 24 hours to notify the customer to discuss any deadline implications.
We take great pride in the quality of our products and they are shipped with care. Most of our pottery is shipped in two layers of boxes and secured with packing materials. Some of our delicate products have additional packaging costs associated with them to account for the added packing materials.
We are only able to ship orders to Canada and the United States on our online store. Orders to the United States are limited to Gift Cards at this time. If you are interested in shipping other products to the United States, please contact us at [email protected]
Shipping to countries other than Canada and United States is available for select products. Please contact us at [email protected] for details. Shipping and handling rates will be calculated based on the destination.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on shipped products unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact the Customer Experience Coordinator at [email protected] with details of the product and the defect. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items, Seconds, and Gift Cards are non-refundable.
