Dinner in the Kiln: Spring Equinox

 

Join us on March 22, 2025 for a unique dining experience in our historic beehive kiln.

 

We've partnered with Tourism Medicine Hat to bring you Dinner in the Kiln: Spring Equinox. Enjoy a specially crafted menu featuring six local restaurants:

 

Amuse-Bouche: Bannock: Chef Andrew, Miywasin Friendship Centre

Appetizer: Rosewood Cafe
Soup: Zucchini Blossom
Salad: Hat's Olive Tap
Main: Medicine Hat Brew Co
Dessert: MT Nest Cafe & Market

There will be a drink pairing for the Main and Dessert courses, plus a cash bar.

• Tickets: Printed tickets will not be issued for this event. Please keep your "Payment Complete" email as proof of purchase. 

REFUND POLICY

An administration fee of $10 will be deducted if cancellations are made by March 15, 2025. Refunds will not be issued after this date.
