If you’re looking for a truly Canadian-made product, look no further than Medalta Ware! These items are made in our in-house production facility by skilled artisans. The clay is mined in the same region as the Historic Medalta mines and the production process utilizes the original plaster molds left behind after the factory closed its doors.
The Medalta factory opened in 1912 and was one of Western Canada’s most important factories of the time. Today these objects evoke a sense of nostalgia and are familiar staples in generations of Canadian homes.
